      Still in really good condition! 🙂 Although it’s a little dirty because I haven’t cleaned it in a while. Haha.

    I don’t think they have a physical store. Really? They’ve always been responsive to me. Usually, it takes 2 weeks to create the order. Have they replied only?

    Gud pm mam na deliver po ba ng mr. Bean bag yung order nyo? Nag order din po kasi ako hindi na po sumasagot ngayon matapos ko po na ipadala yung bayad ko.

    Hi Dennis. You got yours in two weeks? It’s been a month and few days since I’ve placed my orders but until now, I have not received it yet. I would be pleased if you could tell me the name of the person you’ve placed your order there. The number you have stated on your article is not picking up calls or not ringing at all. I’m a bit worried. Thank you.

      Hi, James! Yes, I did. But I ordered my couch 2 or 3 years ago. Did you already make your payment, and did someone acknowledge? I ordered it from Jesse through the same number posted.

    Hi Gretch. Yes I’ve made the payment for 4 units on April 6 and it’s already May 9, and they still kept on promising a continuous tomorrow that never end. It’s too disappointing, I should have ordered it online via Lazada, it’s the same products anyway. The Jesse guy’s number is not ringing. I just made the order through their FB page. There was a new lady who’s responding to me but kept on promising. This is the first FB page order that I really got disappointed and I always trust online sellers based on their FB contents and LIKES.

      Oh my! I’m so sorry to hear that. When I ordered before, it was so easy to get in touch with them. 🙁 They delivered my product 2 weeks after ordering.

    Oh noooo! I’m so sorry to hear! Did you try getting in touch with them? When I ordered my couch, I remember having to wait a while also because they had to prioritize bulk orders from big companies.

    We ordered 2 bean bags with them a month ago. We were told that the lead time is max 15 days but it’s been more than a month and still nothing. They gave us excuses na nagkamali ng tela si Supplier so di pa nila madliver.. They’re not too responsive to our messages and they don’t initiate a follow up. Kailangan pa i message ng multiple times before they respond. This is not what I’m expecting, ang gaganda pa naman ng reviews online. As to the quality of the product. I hope na maayos. Very disappointing lang yung delays na nagyari and they are not responding. For someone who, ordered, paid, tapos delayed yung outcome. Nakakapag alala. Isa lang ba FB page nila?       Hi, Keene! Sorry to hear about your experience. From what I know, the owner is just a one-man team who also recently gave birth (if I’m not mistaken), and she had a hard time accommodating orders recently. I received mine after a month, I think.
