The Summer Dress

In almost any occasion, when I find myself rushing and with no time to put together a  trendy, well-pieced outfit, my go-to style has always been to throw on a pretty dress, a pair of cute flats, and my usual minimal accessories. Not only is it quick and easy, it’s also very comfortable and versatile. I can either dress it down for casual wear like a movie date or a trip to the mall, or play it up for more upscale events by replacing the cute flats with heels and wearing more intricate accessories.

With the heat of the summer sun sometimes making it too unbearable to wear certain trends, the summer dress has been the perfect go-to outfit for me. I love that it can come in various prints, colors, styles and designs. Just look at how adorable this Fashionista looks in hers, paired with nude sandals and a matching nude bag. The floral prints are very soft on the eyes, reminding you exactly of the freshness of summer.

I’ve always been a huge fan of mixing comfort with cute. I like finding the right balance between the two, without having to forego anything. That way, I feel more secure about myself and I can easily bring out the confidence in me. The summer dress is definitely one article of clothing that lives up to that.
