The Crafty Girl’s Guide to SM Stationery this Christmas

Strange as it may sound, I’m the type of girl who feels extremely giddy upon entering a store full of pens, notebooks, cases, and adorably-designed accessories. There’s something about notebooks especially, that force me to gravitate towards them—hence my collection of clean and unused notebooks at home.

This is precisely why I enjoyed my visit to SM Makati a couple of weeks ago—because I discovered that they apparently have an SM Stationery section that’s filled with the cutest and most heart-warming things!

Here were a few pieces I picked up, that I think would make such a perfect gift to family, friends, and officemates.

I’m the type of person who loves reposting quotes on Instagram, so when I saw this framed quote, I thought it would make a great gift to someone who’s a little on the sentimental side.

Cat lovers will find a ton of items that they’d want to add to their cart, including these. I even wanted to buy the purple pencil case for myself!

If you have a crafty friend who loves lettering or doing typography, they have an extremely wide selection of pens. I literally took a while here, because I wanted to see all the designs they had.

I was surprised to find these uniquely-designed gadgets, such as a portable fan, earphones (with polka dots!) and brightly-colored Bluetooth speakers.

The best part about the place is it can be a one-stop-shop, because aside from pre-wrapped items, you can also buy gift bags with one-of-a-kind designs. Like seriously, I’ve been to a lot of places that sold gift bags but not with the kind of designs that SM Stationery offered.
