What a complete and enlightening blog post 🙂 We had really planned on going to Bohol but because of the earthquake, we changed our mind. Well, it seems there are still lots of reasons to go there.

Thanks for your articles. We are hoping that tourism in Bohol will be as normal as previously before the tragedy happened.

    Thank you very much.

Yes, Bohol needs all the help. I know of other areas that are off the beaten track. There are also cycling tours that can be arranged. Just one comment about the pictures. Without sounding to environmental, it would be a great contribution also to Bohol tourism, if we left alone the sea animals in their natural environment i.e. starfish. Just my two cents.

Hi excellent website! Does running a blog similar to this require a large amount of work?

I’ve no expertise in programming however I was hoping to start
my own blog soon. Anyhow, if you have any suggestions or techniques for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off topic but I just had to ask.
    Thanks!

      Hi, Ray! Thank you! 🙂

It does require a little effort. I started blogging using Tumblr, but back then it was really more of a personal blog. My following just grew after writing for various online publications like CollegeFashionista, Glamourbox, and WhenInManila.

You can start out with BlogSpot or WordPress. I’d suggest buying your own domain and hosting provider as well. 🙂 Then share your content through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

      Hope those tips help!

Hi, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues.

When I look at your website in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has
some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick
heads up! Other then that, awesome blog!

What month did you go to Bohol? Two persons only? Is it okay to be there in the month of January? 🙂

Hi, Gazelle! 🙂 Yes, it was just me and the Cupcake. We went in December. I think January’s a good month. I have a feeling it won’t be as crowded. 🙂

Hi, Tina! 🙂 We stayed in Panglao Regents Park: http://www.regentsparkresort.com/ Their amenities are really nice, and not bad for the price we paid. We booked them via Agoda.

Awwww. One of the oldest church. Too bad I wasn’t able to see its antique architecture before the tragedy. 🙁
