Thank you for visiting and shopping on the site! By using Greta’s Junk Shop (the Service), you (the Customer) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree with these terms, we highly suggest you refrain from making any purchases or transactions on this site.
The terms and conditions stated on this page are not permanent and may be modified as needed. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check back from time to time to review any changes. Use of the Service by the Customer signifies that the Customer accepts any changes or modified agreements. If Customer is not agreeable, he/she may not use the Service.
The Service is not available to Customers suspended or removed from the system by the Service.
Once the Customer’s order is placed, the Customer will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This email indicates that the Service has received the order for processing.
The Customer shall pay for the Product/s through any of the following payment methods within 48 hours:
- bank transfer via BDO or BPI
The Customer shall then email email@example.com his/her proof of payment together with the Order Number. If after 48 hours and no payments have been made, the Service has the right to cancel the Customer’s order.
The Service displays the colors of products as accurately as possible, however, the Service cannot guarantee the quality of the Customer’s screen.
All prices stated on the Site are inclusive of government taxes but exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping fees depend on the Customer’s location and the weight of their order. But to give an idea, below are the standard shipping fees for the following areas and with orders that fit the courier’s pouch:
- NCR – P90
- Provincial – P130
Shipping fees are waived when orders reach P2,000 and up.
Shipping and Delivery
The Service aims to deliver the Customer’s orders in 2 to 3 business days after successful payment for Metro Manila orders, 7 to 10 business days for provincial orders, and 15 business days for out-of-delivery zones such as remote or inaccessible areas (mountainous and crossed-sea areas). The Service delivers from Monday to Friday. In some cases, the Service’s courier may deliver on a Saturday.
When the Customer’s order is packed and dispatched, the Customer will receive a Shipping Order Acknowledgement through email and an SMS with a tracking number. A representative may receive the Customer’s package as long as authorization and a valid ID are provided.
When the order is received, the recipient is required to sign the Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the items were received in good condition. Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure. To track your orders, click here.
Customers who wish to avail our same day delivery service may do so, provided that they are located within Metro Manila. The Service may use Grab or LalaMove, and the delivery fee, which will vary depending on the area, is shouldered by the customer. Customers who avail the same day delivery service should place their orders by 2pm the latest.
All items shipped out are documented with photos to serve as proof that these were dispatched in good condition. However, if in an event that the item is damaged, the Customer must email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Failure to send a photo reserves the Service’s right to refuse a refund.
Once the damage is assessed and an agreement has been made by the Customer and the Service for a return or refund, the Customer must properly pack the item. The Service will then schedule a courier to pick up the Customer’s item for inspection, before processing a replacement or refund of the item. Please note that this process may take 7 to 10 business days due to the Service’s limited manpower.
All refunds will be in the form of vouchers issued by the Service. No cash refunds will be facilitated.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service owns all material and information on the Site. This includes but is not limited to software, designs, images, photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, music and all other intellectual property rights related thereto, including all code in the website.
Use of the Service’s Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, economic, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages.
The Service’s liability to the User for direct damages for any claim related to any of the foregoing shall in no event exceed the amount which you have paid to the Site in conjunction with the Product under which such claim first arose.
The Service will not be liable for any breach or hindrance in its performance due to any cause beyond its control, including, but not limited to natural disasters, unavoidable accidents, riots, national emergencies ,and terrorism.
Agreement and Severability
These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Service. Any invalidity of any provision of this agreement by a court of valid jurisdiction is separate from and shall not affect the validity of all other provisions of this agreement.
