Practicing yoga has been a crucial part of my routine, because it helps a lot with my scoliosis. Back in college, I consistently attended Bikram yoga classes to balance my being a competitive athlete. Eventually, when I entered the corporate world, yoga helped me a lot in maintaining a healthier lifestyle, and keeping me aligned and calm. Aside from Bikram, I’ve done Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Aerial Yoga. These days, I still try to practice once or twice a week at home. I love doing the downward dog, pigeon pose, and back twist to alleviate my lower back pains. It’s this appreciation for yoga that inspired me to sell these printed yoga mats! I hope that the unique designs encourage you to start or maintain a regular yoga practice at home.
