POP Beauty Philippines Launch: Shakeup Your Makeup

Last February 4 was such an exciting day for all of us at Glamourbox, as we officially launched POP Beauty in the Philippines!

We treated guests to a blo out at Blo Blow Dry Bar Megamall, had a makeup counter so they could try and swatch products, and set up nail stations for them to be pampered! We also had the cutest dessert bar customized by La Dolce Vita to ensure Instagram-worthy pictures!

POP Beauty was founded by Sarah Strand, an artist and internationally-acclaimed singer from London, who wanted to bring all that color and funk into her makeup. She also happens to be the younger sister of Petra Strand, founder of Pixi by Petra, which is actually one of my favorite brands. While Pixi caters to women-on-the-go so they can easily achieve fresh and flawless looks, POP targets a younger and much trendier market—what with their bright palettes and vibrant hues.

Some of their best-sellers include the Plump Pout (Php 790), Peak Performance Mascara (Php 990), Brow Shape and Shade in Naturally Defined (Php 750), and Nail Glam (Php 495).

I actually own one of their Bright Up Your Life palettes, which I reviewed here. I was also able to test the Peak Performance Mascara, which is so easy to use on the lower lashes. The latest product I keep testing is the Plump Pout, because of its long-lasting ability and because it has a plumping effect that makes lips even more luscious!
