Operation F: A Benefit HAT Tournament for Coach F Francisco

Hey, everyone! I’d like to invite you all to this benefit HAT tournament for Coach F Francisco, who happens to be one of the biggest advocates of Ultimate Frisbee here in the country.

He’s going up against his biggest challenge so far: the C word (Cancer, if you’re a little slow like me).

I know that some of you may not know him, but he’s really one of the coolest and most genuine people you will ever meet in the community. When I started playing back in high school, F was one of those who ran Beginners’ Night in Manila Polo Club—and my teammates and I would go every Monday despite having class the next day, just because we learned so much from him each time.

F is like a father-figure to many of us, and we’re not going to stop fighting with him until he conquers. We hope you can join us in this battle, too. The tournament will be a great venue for you to make new friends and learn such an incredible sport that brought us all together.
