Online Jewelry Shop in the Philippines: Zoey.ph
A while back, someone from Zoey.ph reached out to me and proposed a collaboration with my blog. At that time, they were called Stockedia, until they eventually re-branded to Zoey.ph and even changed the look and feel of their site.
Zoey.ph is the most liked online jewelry shop in the Philippines, with 360,000 fans on Facebook and 21,700 followers on Instagram (as of today). They offer a wide variety of unique, quality yet affordable jewelry designs—from wedding rings and engagement rings, to bracelets, to jewelry sets, to necklaces.
When they asked me to choose any piece of jewelry from their shop, I immediately went to the rings because if there’s one piece of jewelry I like wearing and collecting, it’s rings! I’ve always had a fascination with them ever since I was a little girl, and I think I have my maternal grandfather to thank for because he spoiled me with a cute diamond ring that fit my tiny finger.
Nowadays, I’m a super minimalist when it comes to accessorizing. I like my jewelry to be simple and timeless, and my everyday accessories consist of pearl earrings, a diamond stud (for my third ear piercing), a watch, and a bracelet from the Cupcake. Once in a while, depending on my outfit of the day, I complement it with one of the rings I own.
I told myself once that I wanted to be able to collect one ring per stone—I already have aquamarine (my birth stone), ruby, pearl, and a couple of diamond rings (all of which are family heirlooms or were handed down to me), but thanks to Zoey.ph, I now have a breathtaking Amethyst Halo Titanium Ring with Swarovski Crystals that I honestly can’t stop staring at.
It comes in sizes 5 to 9—my ring size is 4.5 but since Zoey doesn’t offer half sizes, I got a size 5. Shipping is free anywhere in the Philippines, and it comes with a lifetime warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.
I am so in love with my new ring, and I’ve been wearing it everyday since I got it! Feel free to browse through Zoey‘s collection of elegant pieces, and if you’re thinking about buying jewelry for yourself (or if you want to make parinig to your boyfriend. Hahaha!), check out Zoey on Facebook or Instagram.

Love that they’re doing the colored stones. We don’t see that enough, IMHO. 🙂

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to relate US ring sizes to Philippine ring sizes??
If you could just give me a chart of inside diameter verses Philippine ring size number, I could know for sure.
Thanks

I’m actually not sure! 🙁 Maybe best to consult a jeweler?

ZOEY.PH is a SCAM! This company doesn’t know how to treat their customers well and have NO professionalism at all. For an ecommerce business, you should be ashamed of selling products online when you don’t know the protocols. I bought a ring from them last June and to my dismay, they sent me the wrong one. It’s totally different from what they are posting on their website. When I brought the issue to them, they reasoned that they don’t accept refund! And so that was the day that started this mess! They will make you think that they have processed the refund, even asks for my bank account but they will do NOTHING. Oh! And their customer service sucks! They have a phone number on their website that says contact but when you call them, they don’t answer my call. Until today, NO REFUND, NO REPLIES, NOTHING!
*PS. I could attach the image of the ring they sent me compared to the ring they posted on their website and all the communication we did via email and Facebook Chat but sadly there’s no option for me to do that.
My advice? NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ZOEY.PH!

Totally agree. No refund. No communication whatsoever. Good thing that you at least got a ring. I never got any. Turns out, the ring I ordered was out of stock. Their website never indicated such a thing. They said they can process a refund, they even asked for a bank account. Lo and behold, I never got anything. Thanks Ms. Hannah Marie Landan (account holder to whom I deposited my payment) and Ms. Glenneth Petilos (Customer service who handles all communications). To Ms. Glenneth, I would suggest that you look for a new job incase we file a class action.

Hello Chloe! Any updates with your order? This is sad! I’m planning to buy rings din for our engagement party but now lang ako nakabasa ng bad review and nagdadalawang isip na ako 🙁

Hi. What happened to your order and complaints? I suggest you also file a case with DTI. Its just easy. I already did and now where onto the next step.
I think the more people like us who experienced the same things files a case, the bigger our chances of getting back what is owed to us and at the same time, we’ll be able to help others not to experience the same thing.

Zoey.PH is a SCAM!! Don’t bother purchasing any of their rings. Don’t be fooled! They will leave you empty handed and their customer service just sucks BIG TIME! They will communicate well before you do your purchase. Then after you made your payment POOF they vanish in thin air.
You should consider the following
1st No reviews on FB. Are you hiding something?
2nd They have a “Logistics” team but does not have a company bank account, you will be asked to deposit to a personal bank account.
3rd Majority of the blog reviews are sponsored so think again before you buy!
4th Customer service do not have the slightest idea whet they are doing.

Hey, JR! So sorry to hear about your experience. I actually have been getting inquiries about them lately. One of my readers requested me to endorse them to their customer service after purchasing something and not getting a confirmation–and they responded after I contacted them. Will definitely raise your concern to whoever runs Zoey.

im also very dismayed with their service..they said they offer “lifetime warranty” pero nung pinapapalitan ko yung engagement ring ko dahil nawala yung stone, bigla nila ako sinabihan na hindi na sila nago-offer ng lifetime warranty and take note since nawala daw yung bato d daw covered yun..for what pa yung warranty nila…last year (2017) pa yung concern ko na yan ngayon lang nila ako nabigyan ng feedback sabay block nila sa akin sa facebook page nila..samantalang up until now naka post sa zoey.ph nila na may lifetime warranty sila…nakakapanghinayang…buti sana kung hindu special sa akin yung ring eh engagement ring ko yun isa pa hindi naman biro yung price ng ring ko

I’ve recently experienced the same situation with zoey. I wanted to do refund, they agreed and now they’re no longer replying to my messages. I will already file a case with DTI and make sure they pay for what they did. I hope the influencers who promoted them previously will now help their fans because its also not good to promote a scammer brand.

I’m so sorry to hear about this! I’ve been trying to get in touch with them as well to help out all my readers affected. 🙁
