Liza Soberano is the New Maybelline Girl

When it comes to throwing events, trust Maybelline Philippines to always put together extremely unforgettable ones—just like last week’s #MakeItHappen event where the brand introduced makeup must-haves at the moment, such as the new and improved Clear Smooth All-In-One Powder Foundation (so in love with the sleek, new packaging!), the Fashion Brow Duo Shaper, and the Creamy Matte Brown Nudes (which I’ve been looking forward to trying since it was launched).

Aside from highlighting these products, Maybelline surprised everyone with exciting news! My local girl crush (or rather, everyone’s girl crush), Liza Soberano, made a special appearance and was revealed as the newest Maybelline girl.

It’s definitely been part of my bucket list to see Liza Soberano in person. And as pretty as she is (inside and out) on TV and photos, she’s even more beautiful up close and personal. I can’t think of a more perfect brand ambassador who embodies Maybelline’s philosophies, such as empowering women and giving them the confidence to #makeithappen.
