Lactacyd Baby Bath: Why I Love Using This on My Baby
When my daughter Cambria was born last December 21, 2021, one of my core memories was watching the nurse give her a bath in our hospital room. She used Lactacyd Baby Bath, which came with the hospital kit. At that time, I didn’t even know that Lactacyd had products for babies. I thought they only had feminine wash products. But the subtle smell was something I could never forget. To this day, I always associate the smell of Lactacyd Baby Bath with a newborn Cambria.

Bath Time is Our Bonding Time
During Cambria’s first month, I only gave her sponge baths. I was too scared to give her a bath in the shower area because she still seemed so small and fragile. Plus, I didn’t trust myself enough yet—being a first-time mom and all. However, after her first month of just sponge baths, I decided to transition to a full bath in the shower area. I used a bath seat that my sister-in-law also used for her baby. Having that made it so convenient for me. I could even give her a bath without any help from my husband, mom, or mother-in-law!
It turns out that Cambria loves her bath time. From the very first moment I washed her hair with warm water to this day, bath time is something we both truly look forward to. You can always see the excitement in her eyes and smile whenever I start preparing her for a bath. During her first few baths, I finished the small bottle of Lactacyd Baby Bath that came with the hospital kit before using Sacred Newborn Cleanser. To be honest, I really like this as well! But over time, I started to miss the scent of Lactacyd. So, I bought a bundle online.
Lactacyd Baby Bath
In terms of ingredients, it contains lactoserum and lactic acid. It also has mild cleansing ingredients extracted from milk to ensure soft, supple, and smooth skin. Additionally, it cleanses thoroughly and gently without stripping Cambria’s skin of its natural protective layer. And because Lactacyd Baby Bath is used in hospital nurseries for bathing newborns and is prescribed and recommended by physicians, including Cambria’s pediatrician, I decided to stick with it. I use it both as her shampoo and body soap.
So far, I’m really happy with Lactacyd Baby Bath. And I plan to use it until Cambria’s a toddler! If you want to shop online, you can visit their official store on Lazada and Shopee. If you have any questions about the product, feel free to comment or message me on Instagram @gretchengatan!
