Korean Cult-Fave Brand Club Clio is Now in the Philippines!
Aaaand I’m back! Back in the Philippines, back to blogging on a more regular basis (hopefully), and yes—I know I haven’t been writing about beauty as much, but I’m back to that as well.
Like I said on Instagram, I have so much articles to catch up on—including and especially the remaining days of my US trip. But I’ll get to that eventually! For now, I just want to talk about how Korean Beauty is really taking the country by storm and attending the launch of Club Clio last May 17 here in the Philippines is a clear testament of that. It was also the perfect way to ease me back into work mode, especially after being away for two months.
By now, you guys probably know that Club Clio is one of Korea’s biggest brands, and it houses Clio, Peripera, and Goodal. I was invited to attend their grand launch two weeks ago at Seda Vertis North, where they transformed three function rooms into a makeup workshop setup (to highlight Clio and Peripera), a skincare forum with Nicole Romero of beautyandsparkle.com (to highlight Goodal), and a photo studio where we got to dress up in Zalora outfits and pose for the camera.
After the program, we were picked up by a personalized Club Clio shuttle (riding it felt like I was on America’s Next Top Model with fellow bloggers and influencers) that drove us straight to Trinoma, where the flagship store is located on the 3rd floor. From there, we all went nuts! I was given Php 5,000 worth of shopping credit, so I made sure to get my hands on the best-sellers like their Kill Cover Liquid Founwear Ampoule Cushion (Php 1,650), Kill Cover Pro Artist Stick Concealer (Php 820), Peri’s Ink Velvet (Php 450), Green Tangerine Moist Mist Toner (Php 820), Moisture Barrier Fresh Eye Cream (Php 1,030), and a couple of moisture masks (Php 100 each).

The entire event was such a fun way to experience the brand for the first time, and with the way things are going, I’m positive that Club Clio is set to be one of the most dominant names in the beauty scene this year.
