Here’s a Safe and Effective Anti-Acne Oral Medication for Pimple Breakouts!

What are the key ingredients of Lactezin?

• Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps fight free radical skin damage. It gives your skin protection from the sun, regulates collagen production, prevents skin dryness, and maintains the health of your skin cells.
• Zinc is an essential mineral that boosts and enhances your immune system. It has anti-inflammatory effects, and oil-regulating properties to improve the skin’s appearance.

How often should you take Lactezin?

For best results, it’s recommended to take Lactezin twice a day—one in the morning, and one at night (preferably 8 to 14 hours apart). No need to drink it with meals, too. It takes at least two weeks to see results. However, based on clinical studies, the best results are seen within eight to twelve weeks. To help prevent acne from coming back, continue to take two capsules a day for daily maintenance. Not only does it help clear your complexion, the added benefits include boosting your immune system—which is very crucial in this day and age, considering the ongoing COVID-19 situation in the country.

Who can take Lactezin?

As with any medicine, including vitamins, it’s best to consult with a doctor who can advise you on what is most suitable for your age, health status, and nutritional needs.

If you’re pregnant, Lactoferrin is considered “generally regarded as safe” by the US FDA. However, there are no clinical studies that specifically test lactoferrin in pregnant or breastfeeding women. This ingredient can actually be found in human breast milk, and bodily fluids from the eyes, nose, respiratory tract, and intestines. Additionally, it is present in infant milk formulation to simulate the endogenous lactoferrin from natural breast milk.

Vitamin E and Zinc are naturally found in food, and are both safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. To be safe, it’s recommended to consult with your doctor first.

According to clinical studies conducted by Lactezin, adolescents as early as 13 years old can take the medication to help treat acne. But again, just to be safe, consult with a doctor or dermatologist before taking it.

If you’re lactose-intolerant, the lactoferrin extracted from fresh milk found in Lactezin is highly purified and contains very small amounts of other milk proteins. Therefore, it’s not expected to cause any symptoms associated with this digestive disorder.

Can I take Lactezin with other medicines and supplements?

It’s okay to take Lactezin with other vitamins—such as Vitamin C. However, if you also drink Vitamin E and Zinc separately, you may need to check your intake level. The total daily zinc intake should be below 40mg, while the daily recommended allowance of Vitamin E is 22.4 IU. As long as your intake is below this, it should be safe to take Lactezin!
