Not trying to oversell Happy Cookie, but if you’re looking for the perfect chewy chocolate chip cookie that’s freshly baked and doesn’t come from the grocery like Chewy Chips Ahoy or Keebler’s, I think I’ve finally found one that ends all search. Trust me, even my office mates can attest to this.
Last Friday, I received a special delivery from Kai—a package of her best-selling chewy chocolate chip cookies in its original box, a half-dozen pack, and the Special Edition Valentine’s Day Box in pink. It was definitely cookies galore, and upon tasting how scrumptious they were, I just had to share the love—hence my office mates’ reactions to the delectable treat.
Kai Ochosa, who happens to be my Soulmate, is an Engineer who bakes cookies on the side. She started Happy Cookie in 2012 and has been baking non-stop for loyal clients. Two of her best-sellers include Choc “O” Chip, which uses chunky chocolate chips, and in her words—are orgasmic and pure evil. They’re sold at Php280 per dozen. The half-dozen is sold at Php150.
Another is the You Oat-a Know, a low calorie cookie enriched with fiber. It’s perfect for getting your sweet fix without the guilty feeling.
The whole package also came with adorable Happy Cookie stickers—perfect for decorating my planner and my desk. So it’s really a special treat you can give your loved ones this Valentine’s Day.
