Greta’s Junk Shop was born out of my love for finding beautiful and unique things, and sharing them with the world. You’ll find a selection of carefully curated pieces sourced from local suppliers to help support their small businesses. These are pieces that I myself would wear or use! The items curated on Greta’s Junk Shop come from a number of different suppliers all over the country. As an avid supporter of local brands, I try to source these items from other small businesses who offer quality products priced reasonably.
Greta’s Junk Shop accepts the following payment options:
- bank transfer via Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
- credit card via PayPal
Shipping fee will depend on your location and the weight of your order. But to give you an idea, below are the standard shipping fees for the following areas and with orders that fit the courier’s pouch:
- NCR – P90
- Provincial – P130
Shipping fees are waived when orders reach P2,000 and up.
Orders placed within NCR areas may take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered once paid (unless the courier is experiencing high volumes of orders from other online shops).
For provincial orders, delivery may take 7 to 10 business days depending on your area. Kindly expect deliveries to be made from Monday to Friday. In some cases, the courier may also deliver on a Saturday.
When your order has been picked up, you’ll be sent a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this number to track your order here.
We can provide a same day delivery service to customers within Metro Manila by using Grab or LalaMove. The delivery fee may vary depending on your area, and is shouldered by the customer.
Customers who wish to avail the same day delivery service should place their orders by 2pm the latest.
All items shipped out are documented with photos to serve as proof that these were dispatched in good condition. However, if in an event that the item is damaged, the customer must email a photo to email@example.com within 24 hours. Failure to send a photo reserves our right to refuse a refund.
Once the damage is assessed and an agreement has been made for a return or refund, the customer must properly pack the item, and a courier will be scheduled to pick it up for inspection, before we process a replacement or refund. Please note that this process may take 7 to 10 business days due to the our limited manpower.
All refunds will be in the form of vouchers that we will issue. No cash refunds will be facilitated.
