Just this Wednesday, August 28, the Mind Museum opened the exhibit’s doors to bloggers and Instagrammers in an exclusive Instameet media preview, which was catered by Bizu. A quick tour was given, and a contest was held on who could post the best Instagram photos and videos of Da Vinci’s artworks and inventions. There were different hashtags for the different categories of the exhibit, and I was lucky enough to have won in the #DaVinciInstaVideo category with my post entitled “Wheels of Life.” (To see the video, follow gretchengatan on Instagram. I had tons of fun interacting with some of Da Vinci’s inventions.)

The exhibit was really something to marvel at, as it gives you a glimpse of how brilliant Leonardo Da Vinci really is. There’s not a single thing he couldn’t do. He was an artist, an engineer, a musician, a scientist, an inventor, an architect—what more is there? He might as well be a wizard.
