Greta’s Junkyard is a lifestyle blog and online shop by Gretchen Gatan—a writer and editor based in Metro Manila, Philippines. She was formerly a managing director of a content marketing agency, an editor-in-chief of an online beauty magazine, and a marketing manager of four beauty brands. Writing is her passion, and this blog serves as a creative outlet where she can write about beauty, travel, food, lifestyle, home, and pets. It’s also an online shop where she sells a curation of unique, local finds. Greta’s Junkyard is literally a dump site of her favorite things!

For those who don’t know, @glamourboxph was the $For those who don’t know, @glamourboxph was the very reason I got into the beauty industry. When they started in 2012, they hired me to be a writer for their beauty blog. It was through them that I was introduced to niche brands like @pixibeautyph, @eyeofhoruscosmetics, and @ofracosmeticsph. At that time, they were known to be the first premiere beauty box subscription service in the country, where Filipinas could discover cult-favorite products. Eventually, Glamourbox also became the exclusive distributor of #PixiBeauty, #OfraCosmetics, and @popbeautyph—which I became the marketing manager of from 2014 to 2016. This November, #GlamourboxPH celebrates its 8th anniversary with an exciting sale on their site (up to 80% off!) plus the All-Stars Anniversary Box, which I immediately had to get my hands on! 💜 The box is priced at P1,495 but the products inside are valued at P3,500.
