I have a combination of dry and oily skin. oily skin at the T. when I had my facial, the attendant told me to use a seaweed product. I love Body shops seaweed collection. they are awesome in reducing oiliness to my skin.. It does wonders on me too! will try some of your recommendation too. thanks for sharing

Oh really? Thanks for sharing! It’s my first time to hear of seaweed being used in skincare products. Will definitely read more on that! 🙂 And you’re welcome!

I recently bought this Burt’s Bees toner .This is probably best for oily to normal skin types but not for dry skin.. This toner gives cool feel on my skin.I absolutely love this product.

I agree! Burt’s Bees Garden Tomato Toner isn’t for dry skin. 🙂 I super love it, too!

Hi, Hearty! 🙂 Here’s a list of where you can buy them:

      1. Avene – Mercury Drug Rockwell or Shangri-La
      2. Celeteque – any Watsons branch
      3. Burt’s Bees – Beauty Bar or Burt’s Bees in Estancia at Capitol Commons
      4. Obagi – in Obagi shops
      5. Proactiv – select Watsons branches

      Hope that helps! 🙂

Hi! I am a sixteen year old girl who has a problem with pimples. As an ordinary teen, I am insecure with girls who has a clear skin. I’ve tried using facial washes and moisturizers, however it won’t work. As a matter of fact, pimples would grow in different areas. This is frustrating the hell out of me. Please send me some help po! Thank you so much!

Hi, Belle. I suggest to see a dermatologist so she can analyze your skin and recommend the right products. 🙂 If you want, you may visit my derma, Dr. Beatriz Canga-Pineda, at G/F Parc Chateau along Sapphire Road in Ortigas.

Hi. I wanted to buy a toner because i have this very oily face. But I use eskinol in the morning and evening. When should i use the toner, before using eskinol or after?

Hi, Karissa! I suggest to replace Eskinol with one of these toners instead. 🙂 Toner should be applied with a cotton ball or pad after cleansing or washing the face.
