Anti-Hair Fall Supplements: A Review on Physiocap’s Capsules and Serum
I used to always joke my mom that I wish she shaved my head often when I was a baby—so that I grew up to have thick locks with the va va voom kind of volume.
But we all have our little insecurities, and mine happens to be my hair. I’m not exactly sure who in the family I inherited it from (considering my siblings all have thick hair), but I’m the only one with super fine strands that makes it almost impossible to create volume. The only consolation is I’m the only one born with brown hair. I learned to deal with its lack of volume eventually, until I entered the work force and started to experience another hair-related concern that drove me paranoid: hair fall.
My dermatologist even checked on it, and ran some tests to see if I had any type of condition. Thankfully, I had none. So it was concluded that it was stress-related—working late hours and not getting enough sleep contributed to the hair loss. If some of you may recall, I even chopped off all my hair and maintained a pixie cut back in 2014—to prevent losing even more hair!
Nowadays, my hair fall can still be a little bad depending on how stressed I am—so I try to make healthier choices. I eat better, work out, get in more hours of sleep, and take things at work one day at a time. I also started trying Physiocap’s anti-hair fall capsules and serum. I included Physiocap’s capsules in my daily supplement intake, and applied the serum every evening after my bath. I had enough capsules to last a month, while the serum lasted for about three months. The packaging had a disclaimer that results would be seen in about six months, but I felt a difference in the sense that there was less hair fall compared to my usual. Don’t get me wrong—I still lost hair everyday, which I know is normal. But the amount wasn’t as much as what I remember my usual to be—and I think it can be attributed to Physiocap.
My mom, who also suffers from hair fall, has been considering adding this to her everyday routine as well. She wanted to know what I thought about it first, before she gave it a try. I’m really hoping that this is the answer to our hair fall problems. I know it probably can’t stop it completely—but to lessen it would be a huge relief!
