I know this because I literally dream about their Caviar Parfait and Eggs Benedict.
Last Wednesday, March 5, although it was four days away from my real birthday, the Cupcake treated me to an early birthday dinner date at my most beloved restaurant. We enjoyed an innovative menu as usual—including dishes I’ve already mastered eating such as the Foie Gras Cone, Simplicity of a Good Steak, and Strawberry Sorbet.
I was first introduced to The Goose Station by Rob and Sunshine Pengson in 2010. And though their menu may not be as extensive compared to other smart casual restaurants, they still house a variety of creative dishes that leave you in awe each time they’re served and explained. Each and every dish is crafted in such a way that’s colorful, delightful, and delectable.
Located on the ground floor of W Tower along 39th Street in Bonifacio Global City, it sits in a quiet corner—dimly lit and seemingly modest.
The Caviar Parfait is made with white asparagus flan, crab jelly, Yuzu-uni sauce, and Avruga caviar. It’s served inside a short glass, and every scoop literally melts in your mouth. It’s a light kind of salty, blended with a sort of aspic flavor that really tickles your taste buds and makes you squeal in delight. At least, that’s what it does for me.
The Eggs Benedict, on the other hand, takes your regular Eggs Benedict on a whole new level and serves it inside a margarita glass—thick and powerful. Don’t let the small amount fool you, because it can be incredibly fulfilling.

It’s always a bittersweet goodbye once the final dishes are served. But at the same time, it makes me look forward to the next time I’ll be able to indulge in Caviar Parfait and Eggs Benedict again. It’s an insatiable addiction.
