A Review on Burt’s Bees Philippines Sensitive Eye Cream
So three months ago, I won a basket of goodies from Burt’s Bees Philippines for being their first #NaturalSaturdays Girl of the Week. (To see the products I got, you can click here.)
Since then, I’ve been using the Burt’s Bees Philippines Sensitive Eye Cream (Php 1,450) which has been working really well with my skin.
A Review on Burt’s Bees Philippines Sensitive Eye Cream
The product highlights Cotton Extract as one of its main ingredients, which supposedly helps the outer layer of the skin replenish. It also minimizes the effects of potential irritants, like harsh soaps and cleansers.
I think it’s a good product for girls in their late teens and early 20’s to start using. It addresses sensitive skin and helps reduce the appearance of puffy eyes by hydrating the delicate eye area. So if you often sleep late or are too tired from all the work load, using it twice a day can help you get rid of those unwanted bagong gising eyes.
It’s gentle, has no fragrance, and I love the packaging. It has a plastic funnel that controls the amount you squirt out from the tube, so it’s less messy and you don’t waste any of the cream.
What I do is I put a little on my ring finger, then gently dab it on my lower eye area. I apply it in the morning and in the evening, as part of my skin regimen. I’ve noticed that it does make my eyes less puffy, especially when I sleep late from writing and have to get up early in the morning for work. I don’t think it addresses getting rid of the appearance of wrinkles or fine lines though (which is why it’s something better used by younger women). That’s something to consider before buying it. Overall, I would give the product a rating of 3 out of 5.
