4th and Last Bridal Shower with Liza Soberano and HOPE Wellness
Happy October, everyone! So sorry for not being able to update the blog for almost a month. I thought I’d be able to find time while I was on my wedding leave, but I chose to rest and really focus on the wedding instead. Since then, the Cupcake and I have been so busy moving into our temporary home and adjusting to married life. I have a lot of updates in store though—from the wedding itself, to our mini-moon in El Nido, to a post-celebration of the blog’s 6th anniversary (stay tuned for a huge giveaway)!
Just to quickly recap, my last update was about my 3rd bridal shower and despedida de soltera. A few days before the wedding, I had my 4th and last bridal shower hosted by Liza Soberano and HOPE Wellness—which will be opening a new branch in Westgate Alabang very soon!
From enjoying the sights, food, and culture of Korea with my sister and cousins; to learning how to wrestle with former colleagues; to having dinner and drinks with high school friends; to getting pampered with my bridesmaids at my 4th and last bridal shower before the wedding at HOPE Wellness—I really felt the love and support of everyone around me. To be honest, I already miss being a bride. Hahaha!
When Liza Soberano herself reached out inviting me to experience HOPE Wellness in the form of a Bridal Sparty, I couldn’t believe it at first. Liza has always been one of the few local actresses I admire and follow, because of her humble personality and very sweet disposition. I met her once at a Maybelline event, and really felt how warm and genuine she was. She’s always been very hands-on with her spa business, and in case you hadn’t heard, HOPE Wellness will now have two branches—Quezon City and Alabang!
During our sparty last September 10, my sister, cousins and I were all pampered with a nice massage and a relaxing scrub—which was so timely, because I was meaning to schedule a massage and scrub right before the wedding. I loved the spa’s baby pink and gold theme that instantly made the place IG-worthy. Liza and her team went all out and even decorated it with cute bride-to-be signs and balloons, and served my favorite food, cake, and wine! I also really appreciated how friendly, genuine, and attentive the staff were—the whole experience was truly unforgettable, and it makes me want to visit HOPE Wellness again and again.
I think one thing I’m going to miss about being a bride is all the quality time I was able to spend with my best girls. I’m so thankful to Liza and the staff at HOPE Wellness for making my last bridal shower extra special.
